Rules for using the script4video (https://script4video.org) service and official website
1. General Provisions
1.1. These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") govern the use of the script4video service, the official website https://script4video.org, and related services.
1.2. By using the Service or website, you confirm that you have read and fully accept these Terms.
1.3. If you do not agree with any provisions of these Terms, you may not use the Service.
1.4. These Terms constitute a public offer in accordance with Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Acceptance is made by registering on the website or paying for services.
2. Terms and Definitions
Operator — Individual Entrepreneur [Full Name], OGRNIP [number], INN [number], owner and administrator of the Service.
Service — the script4video software, including the website https://script4video.org, all its features, capabilities, and related infrastructure.
User — an individual or legal entity using the Service.
Minutes — units of measurement for Service usage that are consumed when using the Service features.
Content — any materials (texts, images, videos, audio, etc.) created by the User using the Service.
Third-party services — external platforms and resources used by the Service to provide functionality, including Supabase, GitHub, payment services, Telegram, and others.
3. Subject of the Agreement
3.1. The Operator provides the User with access to the Service features under the conditions set forth in these Terms.
3.2. The User pays for the Service by purchasing Minutes in accordance with current pricing.
3.3. The Operator provides services personally or with the involvement of third parties (third-party services).
4. Registration and Use
4.1. To use the Service, the User must register on the website.
4.2. The User agrees to provide accurate information during registration.
4.3. The User is responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials.
4.4. The Service is available to users of any age. Users under 18 years of age use the Service with the consent of their parents or legal guardians.
5. Usage Restrictions
5.1. When using the Service, the following is prohibited:
- using the Service for illegal activities;
- attempting to bypass technical limitations of the Service;
- reverse engineering or modifying the software code;
- using automated tools to access the website (bots, scripts);
- attempting to hack or disrupt the Service;
- spamming or mass mailing through feedback forms;
- violating copyright on website content.
6. Content Responsibility
6.1. The User bears full and exclusive responsibility for Content created using the Service.
6.2. The Operator does not control, edit, or review Content created by Users.
6.3. The Operator is not responsible for:
- compliance with copyright and related rights when creating Content;
- compliance of Content with the laws of the Russian Federation and other countries;
- any damage caused to third parties as a result of using the Content;
- the accuracy, correctness, and quality of created Content.
6.4. The User guarantees that when creating Content, they do not violate the rights of third parties or applicable laws.
6.5. The User agrees to indemnify the Operator for any losses related to third-party claims regarding the Content.
7. Pricing and Payment
7.1. Service prices are determined by current pricing published on the website https://script4video.org.
7.2. Payment is made by purchasing Minutes through the Robokassa payment service or other payment services.
7.3. The Operator reserves the right to unilaterally change service prices and pricing. Information about changes is published on the website. Previously purchased Minutes retain their value and can be used in full.
7.4. The Operator reserves the right to change the number of Minutes consumed for operations in the Service, with publication of changes on the website.
8. Refunds
8.1. The Service provides access to digital content. In accordance with Russian Government Decree No. 2463 dated December 31, 2020, and Article 26.1 of the Russian Law "On Consumer Rights Protection," digital content is not subject to refund.
8.2. By paying for services, the User confirms consent to immediate provision of access to digital content and understands that they lose the right to cancel the purchase.
8.3. Refunds are not provided.
9. Updates and Support
9.1. The Operator provides:
- Service functionality updates;
- technical support via Telegram and Email;
- documentation and usage instructions.
9.2. The Operator reserves the right to discontinue updates and support at any time with prior notice to users through the website or other communication channels.
9.3. Discontinuation of support is not grounds for refund of purchased Minutes.
10. Limitation of Liability
10.1. The Service is provided "as is," without any express or implied warranties.
10.2. The Operator is not liable for:
- data loss when using the Service;
- indirect damages or lost profits;
- issues related to third-party services;
- changes in third-party APIs affecting functionality;
- temporary unavailability of the Service for technical reasons.
10.3. The Operator's maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the User for the last 3 months of Service usage.
11. Force Majeure
11.1. The parties are released from liability for non-performance of obligations if caused by force majeure circumstances: natural disasters, military actions, epidemics, government actions, blockades, embargoes.
11.2. A party affected by force majeure circumstances must notify the other party within 30 business days.
11.3. If force majeure circumstances continue for more than 60 business days, either party may terminate the agreement unilaterally.
12. Privacy
12.1. Personal data processing is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy posted at https://script4video.org/privacy.
13. Changes to Terms
13.1. The Operator reserves the right to change these Terms unilaterally.
13.2. Information about changes is published on the website. Continued use of the Service after publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
14. Dispute Resolution
14.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation.
14.2. All disputes are resolved through negotiations. Pre-trial claim procedure is mandatory; response time to claims is 10 business days.
14.3. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be submitted to the court at the Operator's location.
